深莞惠区域物流合作及一体化程度评价研究

随着深圳、东莞、惠州三市区域一体化的不断发展,深莞惠区域物流合作发展进入一个新的阶段.首先梳理总结1994-2011年深莞惠区域物流合作发展的阶段与现状；然后以整体性、关联性和均衡性三个目标指标为基础,建立深莞惠区域物流合作及一体化程度的评价指标体系；最后以深莞惠区域物流合作为例,运用模糊物元模型评价历年来其合作及一体化程度,得到深莞惠区域物流合作及一体化程度较低、处于准备阶段的结论.     

CAFTA-DR Effects on FDI Inflows,Growth, and Distribution of the Workforce in Costa Rica: A System Dynamics Approach

As regional trading arrangements have spread, enlarged, and deepened over the last decades, the study of the relation between trade agreements and foreign direct investment (FDI) still presents difficulties due to the multi-dimensional character of such relationships. This article attempts to shed new light on how some of the Central American Free Trade (CAFTA) policies will impact FDI inflows on the manufacturing and agricultural sectors in Costa Rica. Specifically, we look at how the growth and distribution of the workforce is affected by the treaty. The results show that the agreement provisions will have a positive effect on FDI. From these results it is possible to estimate that in the long run, the implementation of CAFTA has a higher probability of generating the intended benefits. System dynamics modeling is used in this article.     

民用燃气智能抄表系统可行性研究

随着社会生活的进步,信息化、智能化建筑的大量涌现,沿用多年的人工抄表已趋于淘汰。文章在阐述燃气表使用特性基础上从技术的先进性、工程的可靠性和造价的合理性探讨建立远程智能抄表系统的可行性。同时,针对不同住宅类型提出了智能抄表方案的构建框架。     

Controlled information destruction: the final frontier in preserving information security for every organisation

Information security represents the cornerstone of every data processing system that resides in an organisation’s trusted network, implementing all necessary protocols, mechanisms and policies to be one step ahead of possible threats. Starting from the need to strengthen the set of security services, in this article we introduce a new and innovative process named controlled information destruction (CID) that is meant to secure sensitive data that are no longer needed for the organisation’s future purposes but would be very damaging if revealed. The disposal of this type of data has to be controlled carefully in order to delete not only the information itself but also all its splinters spread throughout the network, thus denying any possibility of recovering the information after its alleged destruction. This process leads to a modified model of information assurance and also reconfigures the architecture of any information security management system. The scheme we envisioned relies on a reshaped information lifecycle, which reveals the impact of the CID procedure directly upon the information states.     

利益相关者合作的税收征纳关系构建

在分析利益相关者税收行为长期偏好的基础上,建立了税收征纳利益相关者的博弈模型,提出了建立由税收征纳利益关系者共同承担监管成本和分享监管收益的机制,促进纳税人内部控制制度的完善和培育与内部利益相关者的合作,加强对会计行业的监管,完善会计行业的监管框架和审计咨询相分离的从业原则,协调利益相关者集体理性与个体理性之间的矛盾,建立和谐税收征纳体制。     

论农村小额信贷模式选择

扶持发展民间小额信贷才能使更广大农民获得金融支持，才能够真正建立普惠性金融体系。文章分别对这两种小额信贷的信贷决策过程用博弈论进行了描述，并提出建立乡村范围社区银行是未来民间小额信贷的新形式。     

树立大能源系统观，促进能源可持续发展

本文从传统能源系统入手，阐述了在资源，环境与发展之间矛盾日益突出的今天，树立大能源系统观的必要性。指出：在可持续能源系统中，经济因素，生态因素等不再仅仅是能源系统的外部环境，而因将其内在化在系统的组成要素。并对可持续能源发展战略的目标，原则及总体战略作了探讨。     

我国区域卫生规划的法律思考

区域卫生规划制度乃卫生服务提供公平的保障制度,也是我国医疗卫生体制改革中所要重构的重要制度之一。本文认为,区域卫生规划是一个公共选择的过程,并不排斥市场竞争。出于制度建构所需,本文对我国区域卫生规划制度进行了深刻反思,并提出了该项法律制度的重构意见和建议。     

构建高职高专“三维动态”教学质量监控体系的研究与实践

在遵循教学管理的基本规律的基础上，通过对比研究高职高专教学质量监控体系内容，结合教学管理、教学监督、教学评价与激励3方面的教学质量监控实践与研究，运用管理理论，阐述了构建高职高专“三维动态式”教学质量监控体系的观点。
